I have recently shifted to the US and have enrolled my daughter with Play Haven East Towne. I had my own apprehensions while enrolling, as my daughter used to cry everyday before going to school in my home-country, but Ms. Ashley takes very good care of her. Even though my daughter does not speak English, she bonds well with her. Sending my daughter to daycare has never been so easy. I thank Ms.Ashley and Ms.Jenny for all the care and affection.
the east towne location is terrible. My child did not learn anything and the office clerks were very unorganized. I got hassled about payments evrytime I came to this daycare. There were other parents that were friends of mine that immediately took their children out of the daycare because they were not professional. I do not recommend this location to Anyone. The teachers in the baby room seemed like they don't know what's going on and I did noticed teachers not washing their hands and cleaning properly. They were in a rush and I didn't like the way they talked to me.
