I have used this provider for more than 6 months
I used this daycare for over a year because it is supposed to be the best in town. It has 4 stars from the star program, but that program is only followed if state workers are present. The owner will happily boast "A state worker never steps in my building with out me knowing ahead of time". The building looks nice, but it is large, loud, and overcrowded. The staff turn over rate is very high and the classes are rarely in ratio. Staff begin working before they have completed trainings and multiple lead teachers do not have the qualifications for that title according to the state. Children are constantly exposed to toxic relationships and drama between workers. The owner is the perfect example of a narcissist, is very controlling, and a will say whatever she needs to get her way. She will also constantly send kids home to get numbers down. Children are expected to be independent beyond development and the environment is "sink or swim". It does not take much to learn these things for yourself if you linger a little here and there because NOTHING in that building is private.
She is a bully, she is not professional, she tells at people in the lobby in front of everyone. She will call you names and I am pretty sure she is bipolar and should seek mental help.
