I have used this provider for less than 6 months

My children were wrongly terminated from their current daycare for what I feel is personal reasons. I quit working there in November to focus on school and become a substitute where I have flexibility.

I have not asked for any special care for my children that is not basic care. As you can read in the termination letter, the reason for them being terminated is that they can’t meet the child’s need. Which baffles me that is a childcare facility and I’m asking basic care. ? I then asked what special request have I made other than my son being fed him being changed, and being cared for as a infant being in a infant room. ?Are they saying that they can’t care for small infants?

As ?a parent, I have a right to ask why my son hardly ate during the day and this happened more then once. I also have a right to direct comments to the Director of the childcare facility that my son has a rash because he poop and it had dried on him. ? I asked why they were terminating both children, and I even asked them to allow Roselyn? still stay, and they would not let her.

Gabriel was not sick during the Christmas break. He goes back to daycare and he is sick within two days with breathing problems. I’m having to give him breathing treatments again and things of that nature. Yesterday when I dropped him off at daycare I told his teacher there was a emergency inhaler in his bag to call me if he needed to get it if she noticed his breathing was off.

? I also mention to her that if it was an absolute emergency, I can sign a form granting them permission to give him his emergency inhaler which a 911 operator would tell them to do while waiting on medical personal if that was to happen. Plus get doctor to send note for this. They claim DHR does not allow this, but as you can see from the DHR website as long as this medical form is signed, they are allowed to give him his inhaler. ? iMessage the teacher and asked how Gabriel was doing and did not get a response.

Upon reading, I saw that allergies can come off like cold symptoms so somewhere between home and daycare maybe they were allergic to something and so I called today to check on Rose to see how her coughing was because I gave her this allergy medicine. The Director claim that I said the daycare is making them sick. I never said the daycare is making them sick. Children are going to get sick in childcare facilities. I know this from working in facilities for the past year.

? ?I have a son who was born preterm, who is smaller than a one-year-old, who still needs care as if he is a small infant, but this is no different than any other care offered in the infant room. ? I do not know why they will not let Rose stay. The only thing they told me is why would you want to separate them. I have been in tears because as a single mom this is a nightmare.

I was going to be discreet about this, but after having two people call me (one being the Pastors wife) just now as I was typing this to tell me that I am wrong when clearly you can see by the photos I have asked for no special care. I also requested a meeting with the board members and I am being denied that meeting by the pastors wife. I also asked many times are they sure they want to do this as it’s unfair and director stated yes. Also noted this is a violation of and discrimination due American disability act ?as Gabriel is currently medically disabled.

I have used this provider for less than 6 months

This day car opened up this year after being closed for 2 years they didn’t have the amount of children they were expecting when the re opened . The class rooms are very small but the gravest concern came from the toddler room . The room was small and it was very difficult to change toddlers diapers . Along with no real way to keep cabinets locked. I worked there for all of 6 hrs I was let go because of the lack of children . I was hired to be a toddler 3 and I was told I the only shift I could work was a split . In my 6 hrs there was much wrong . This school possible has potential but seeing it’s hiring for a new director. It really needs some one who can get the school off the ground . I’d your considering sending your child here please look for other options for state run preschools
