I have toured this provider's facility, but have not used its services

The owner was very rude when I done my tour. When I called back to ask a few questions she talked over me and yelled at me. She hung up on me and when I called back it went straight to voice mail. I will not be sending my kids here and im going to be telling everyone I know not to go here either.
