We used this daycare for 4 1/2 years. While she advertises she works with a teacher schedule, she takes many days of during the school year and still requires families to pay, also she isn’t always open on days when school is closed but teachers have PD. At the end of the year, you will receive an invoice requiring payment for 10 vacation days, and unused personal days, and a 2 week reservation fee for the next year that doesn’t t or get applied to your account- this amounts to a minimum of $640 if she has used all of her personal days. She often uses more personal days than her contract allows as well and forces families to pay or threatens to kick you out and take you to small claims court. Also, her hours are very restricted- she requires you to pick up your child by 4:15 which can be challenging with teacher contract hours.
She is also unwilling to be flexible with your schedule if you need to pick your child up for an appointment. I would try and schedule appointments around my prep time so I would miss a little if work as possible. She refuses to allow you to pick up your child between noon and 3. Overall, this is not a good fit for a teachers schedule.
