The School-Age Programs offer a variety of organized activities, as well as restful periods at the end of the school day. Time and space are provided for children to work on homework assignments. Planned field trips and special activities are offered on In-Service Days, and some school vacation days.

Noncompliance Area: On 8-7-19 Staff#1 and Staff#2 were discussing sexual content as children napped, they proceeded to put "Mankini" type sexual piece of clothing on 2 toddlers. Both were terminated and Facility self-reported.

Correction Required: A facility person may not single out the child for ridicule, threaten harm to the child or the child's family and may not specifically aim to degrade the child or the child's family.

Both staff were immediately terminated. All other staff were trained on appropriate behavior of staff with the children, parents and other staff at the facility. All staff were trained on appropriate interactions with all parties involved in dealing with the center. Staff training was completed on 8-14-19.

All cabinets will have a locked lock on them to make sure children cannot get into them. Staff will monitor these locks to make sure that they are always locked
