While working at Peds, management was not good. At first I thought it would be great until you see the real side of management.I over heard the Director state if he don't feel like doing something for the employee he would tell them he forgot. If you have an issue and he or the ECC doesn't like it, they will give you a bad evaluation so you won't get your raise. I have never worked at a place where the nurse tells the director to check on a hurt kids and I don't mean minor injuries I'm talking about head injuries. I have seen the cook giving out medications and most of the time the kids did not get their meds or they had to throw away the kids meds because they didn't have the sense to check to see if the kid was at school. Also when director was informed that the cook was not wearing her gloves when serving food, he ignored it but when department of health was called that's when he informed her she needed to wear gloves. I have seen where characters that were planned for the kids did not happened. Management is just so fake and that's where it's making Peds look bad. The mission is awesome but management has to change their ways. The good part are the kids, potluck, training.
