Denied my daughter care I paid for because they were short staffed and we were running 20 minutes behind. Didn’t offer a proration or any kind of strike system implemented. Just made me feel like it was my fault for being late and took zero responsibility for being short staffed. That’s absolutely unacceptable.

Horrible teachers ,staff,etc.There are several neglected children that attend so there's constant sickness in the classrooms. Teachers that don't want to dot their job and a lot of favoritism for specific children. The teachers are rude and unprofessional and improperly trained. Do not take your children there unless you want Ms. Christi and Ms. Tori to tell all of your business

My children have attended PRLC since they opened 5yrs ago. The resent reviews appear to be from employees that are no longer employed by PRLC. After reading what was stated you can clearly understand why they are no longer employed by them.... PRLC has provided my kiddos with the skills they needed to prepare them for school. I can guarantee its the cleanest facility in town! So sad that people resort to slandering a business for their short comings. I encourage you to stop by and form your own opinion:)

My grandson came home with a black eye his first week at the school, he began stuttering, hand was slammed in a large door he lost a fingernail. Staff very unfriendly, the director acted as if she was a warden. If you question injuries to your child she always had a lame excuse. Terrible learning program. I Would never put another child under their care.
