Very unprofessional! Steer clear of this place!
My child attended this facility a few years back and when I first toured the facility it was all peaches and rainbows . My child was excited the first 3 days she attended and then I noticed a sudden change in attitude. She would scream bloody murder when I dropped her off and wouldn’t go to her classroom like she refused and told me mommy don’t leave me here . She was allegedly hit by one of the teachers and when asked about the incident , they would say I don’t know or didn’t know anything . The lack of supervision is terrible . The lack of teachers is terrible . They’re liars , they got mad at me for reporting my daughters incident and want to call me a liar for making false accusations. I have reports from dhr and Prattville hospital verifying that she was indeed hit and not any object like a ball or toy popped her in the mouth .
My granddaughter went to this facility at the age of one and she continued on until there was no longer care provided for her at the age of 5. The facility was very good up until I guess school age had happened. There were issues of her being kicked out because there was not enough space when it came to her end in the pre K program and needing summer care so they did not allow her to come back I had then signed her up at another day care when the day care called and said that she could come for the summer program but once the summer program ended on July 29th There was no place for her anymore even though they say they take Asia 6 weeks to 12 years there is also no transportation to school or from school. so basically she was just deserted. they offered no option. that year was rough. she was kicked out and coukdnt join summer program because they only had so many spots and they chose to draw names from a hate instead of picking seniority. she had been going there for 4 years and that meant nothing. of course now she no longer go's there. other issues was all the days they would close a d reasons as to why. I am a mother of 3 and when mine were younger they went to daycare for years and if that center closed as much as Peachtree did, I would have lost my job as I was a single mother with no family around. I was so disappointed in this center especially when things had been fine for years.
