I have used this provider for more than 6 months

Since we have started using this company we
have had nothing but problems. Our child has been biting, scratched, and has come home with bruises. With half of it never being explained. The director also pulled a lollipop out of my sons mouth right in front of me with out even asking for it. Not to mention that he had one of his candy bags from one of their parts stolen. As well as just signing us up to bring something without us even looking at what choices we could bring and then another time after we brought what we signed up for they asked us to go get something else because no one brought it. They also after moving my son up to his age group class keep trying to put him back down into younger class saying they have to split the classes and you look in the room and no one else his age is in there.

I have used this provider for more than 6 months

My daughter started here when she was 8 months and her first two teachers were AMAZING but they quit. After they left I picked my daughter up once wearing a swim diaper on backwards that wasn’t ever hers and once with an insane diaper rash that wasn’t there when I dropped her off. Once she was able to talk she told me there was another child who choked her and when she told the teacher the teacher called my daughter a liar. The director didn’t think that was a big deal. She also didn’t think it was a big deal that my daughter was in time out every single day because she didn’t want to watch a movie every afternoon, which is her teacher did so she didn’t have to bother with them. DO NOT send your child here. The teachers are crap and the director accepts it.

I have used this provider for more than 6 months

The toddler teacher left my child unattended on a changing table.the teacher was rude about being talked to about the incident and the following days she said my child was not eating but when he got home he was acting as if he was starving.the teacher told me my little boy refused his bottle but when I walked in I offered the bottle to him an he took it an drunk about 15 ounces then ate cereal an a jar of baby food. I will be withdrawing him and he will be watched by family BC now he's scared of African American women he goes ballistic if they try to touch him before this daycare he had no problems hell half his family is African American. I am so disgusted at the way the teacher treated my child he's to terrified to even go inside now.
