About the Provider
We serve children 3 months to 8 years. We are open 7am to 6pm.
Our Mission: To help families in raising healthy, responsible, capable and compassionate children with a focus on giving children a safe, loving and rich environment to explore and grow.
We believe that play and work are interchangeable activities of childhood. A child’s Work/Play is their response to life. It is the way children discover themselves and the world around them.
Our learning environment is setup for children to work/play collaboratively and independently, with safe indoor and outdoor spaces that inspire curiosity, critical thinking and reverence for nature. Children are guided in learning attributes of responsibility, communication, compassion, self-regulation, perseverance, decision making, concentration and respect for themselves, their environment and each other. To support children in their growth we provide an expansive outdoor environment, organized and varied indoor spaces and a rhythmic day that includes community circle time, ample work/play time and direct enrichment lessons that are inspired by our children’s interests and needs.
As teachers, we realize that children also learn through observing us. We are mindful of modeling the attributes we strive to guide our children toward. We value joy, peace, community and citizenship in our daily lives with the children.
