I believe my children are receiving excellent care and educational program here. I can’t sing the praises of the staff enough. They are incredibly caring and love the children. They work very hard to help the children. Mine even receive therapy services which the director set up. My children receive financial assistance and I have always been treated with utmost respect. In seeing other parents at pickup time they are also treated well by staff. It is a very caring environment which I highly recommend.
The caregivers are great with the kids, and it is a great place for parents to bring their children while going through treatment. I had graduated the program and continued bringing my child to the daycare while paying subsidized tuition. As the parent of 4 children, I have had much experience with other daycare/preschool facilities. The worst part about this place is the directors I've had all speak to the parents not as parents paying tuition, instead as junkies in a program. I have been told my child had turush and it was contagious (when it was not) and he got it because I don't wash my bottles, I have been told my 15 months child needed to go into speech and when I didn't act on this right away, I was not looking out for my child's best interest. And I have walked back into the daycare and heard the director talk about me to the caregivers. If they are working their to help women get their lives back, and go to work then maybe they should think about the reason they call to have a child picked up, not for things like a bug bite that is now swollen. But the worst part, is as parents, we are not looked at or respected like parents.
