The playground man also replenished the mulch with some of the extra mulch that was in reserve and focused on the fall zone areas. The playground maintenance man will rake the mulch as needed every other week, while the staff will also rake the mulch as needed to maintain the 6 inches of mulch around the equipment.

The booster seats have been labeled with a number and a sheet is inside the emergency contact folder in the van with a list of the expiration dates. The van driver will check the sheet every month to make sure that none of the booster seats are close to expiration and if they are then the driver will alert the director so a new one can be purchased.

Staff person #1 is no longer employed at the center as of 02/15/19. All the staff will be taking a mandatory positive behavior guidance training on 03/21/19 in regards to handling challenging behaviors. All new staff will be required to take the training within their first 90 days of employment. New staff will also receive direct training within their first 90 days on how to handle challenging situations at nap time.
