Owner’s communications were rambling and emotionally erratic. Poor interpersonal boundaries. Owner shamed our child around normal toddler behaviors. Owner struggled to maintain staff due to their treatment of staff and then hired their own adolescent children citing lack of quality staff. Owner sent child home with fevers that did not exist when child was fussy. Owner was irritable and defensive in response to questions or feedback.
