Description: Hinds County Human Resource Agency (HCHRA) is a public non-profit organization established in 1976 by the Hinds County Mississippi Board of Supervisors. The Agency’s Central Administrative Office is located at 258 Maddox Road in Jackson, MS. To ensure that all area citizens have access to our programs and services, HCHRA has six Neighborhood Service Centers throughout rural Hinds County. HCHRA also operates 13 Head Start Centers, three satellite Head Start Classrooms, and four Early Head Start Centers – all strategically located throughout Hinds County.
