Northern Private takes pride in "Quality Education" for all students.Using two Christian Programs,our students can achieve the highest level of academic standards.The A Beka Curriculum is implemented in our VPK (Voluntary Pre Kindergarten) classrooms as well as, our Private Kindergarten and grade school. Our focus is an intensive phonetic reading approach. Bible is introduced in a "non denominational" manner thereby, meeting all "faith or religious" backgrounds. Patriotism and Good Moral Character are also a large portion of our students day. A positive emphasis is placed on our students progress rather than a negative approach. These classrooms combine "Teacher Directed" activities as well as, center based activities. Northern Private School is the leading Lantana child care provider in Palm Beach County. Our school utilizes a Birthday cutoff date of: October 31st which is different than most Private Preschools and Public Schools. If your child turns 5 after September 1st, they can enroll in our Private Kindergarten. Our Teaching Staff is bilingual and incorporates a dual language approach in all classrooms. Colors, shapes and songs are introduced in English and Spanish.

We are located on the border of Lake Worth & Lantana, directly next to Costco Wholesale. Northern Private School has been a part of the community for over 60 years. All of our teachers are screened and have all the necessary training that is needed for the preschool setting. The current owners were first licensed on: 1/19/89.
