I have used this provider for less than 6 months

The staff dismissed my 5 year old for defending himself against a larger child who was bullying him. When they decided this, they told me over an email--did not call me to discuss. There is no structure here. It is a free-for-all. Spend your money elsewhere on someone who is paying attention to your kids and engaging them rather than letting them get beat up.
