Description: The Tiger Class worked exceptionally hard the day before St. Patrick's Day creating some clever little “leprechaun traps.†It was their much anticipated attempt to finally catch a peculiar little man dressed in green, who just so happens to visit our school this time of year.
Upon arriving from Ireland, this impish little man plays some funny, but harmless little tricks on us.
He turns milk and food green as well as leaves a few chocolate gold coins behind (instead of ones from his coveted pot) and everyone has an exciting day! Unfortunately, as clever as they were, the little traps, baited with flecks of glittering gold, colorful rainbows and clover green, were not enough to trick him into getting caught and he left us giggling away. . . but not before leaving us with a little luck of our own.
