As a former teacher at this center . I will say the director and asst. director do Not and I mean do Not communicate well with their employees at if and when they do they let some of them than others get away with more than they should. Also kids are all over the place do what they want and don’t listen or they tell things that don’t happen so things get twisted. For example a child stratched herself and was wrote up and showed to the director and she said ok well found out the incident report was lost and never got to the mother I lost a day pay cus the child lied said I did it that I left her mark on her when I never did also they didn’t believe me so I left so I could get my full paycheck because they said they wasn’t going to pay me . I heard that they lost a lot of children and also we never got raises they said we would but it was all talk.
