Be aware of this child care facility. Children have been sexually assaulted multiple times at this daycare and nothing has been reported. The children who have assaulted other children are still attending this facility due to them being related to the director. Also, if you are looking to work at this facility know that you will not get paid correctly. They will withhold money from you, and pay you less than what you have earned. You will also be bullied and harassed by other employees, but nothing will be done because most of the employees are related to the director. The facility is always under chaos. Be aware that the air conditioner is usually broken, so it's always hot. They have no cook for the children. The playground equipment isn't safe. They threaten some of the children who are scared of dogs that if they're bad they will bring a dog in to scare them. Kids get spanked or screamed at if they're not good. They are always low staffed and have some of the 8 year Olds watch the babies if they don't have enough employees. The director or assistant director are only ever there if dhs is supposed to come in. They are usually at home. I would not recommend this place if you are seeking child care. Your child's safety has to come first. I would also recommend not work here, because you will not be taken seriously and you will be taken advantage of.
I love the compassions that the teachers have for the children, Mrs. Tarria Bradford has a kind spirit, she and her staff must love what they do because my grandchildren are always clean when they come home in the evening. I love the visiting the daycare and helping when I can.
I love lil aggies because they have a great service and they help educate my children
