great place Jul 21, 2015
I have used this provider for more than 6 months

Great place for kids. To the above review it sounds like u dont know how to let your child be a child. Children are going to get dirty that's a child. And if your child did not have fun at this daycare then your child would have came home not hungry but your child might have had a great time where he forgot to eat or drink water and didn't thank about it until he saw you and came in side. Some times its not the child its the parents and your whole problem seems to be money well if that's the case then when you founded out about the price you might should have walked out then.. Sorry but this place is great. Sometimes daycares are not for some PARENTS.. You are one..

disappointedmom Jul 22, 2014

I'm a stay at home mom and it is the first time I sent my 3 yr old to a daycare because I just had a newborn and also want our 3 yr old to have some social life. I was introduced to this daycare by a friend, and this daycare is also more pricey than one other daycare that I was considering, so I thought more pricy means better service. And now I regret that I didn't even bother to search for reviews beforehand. After the first day, my child came home STARVING!! My son's always been a picky eater so I've never saw him ask for food and water like the way he did when I went to pick him up from daycare. He literally bring me to the sink(tap water) in the class room and ask "mommy, water" and points at his mouth. I happen to caught his action on video because my husband is away and request that I take a video of my son's reaction after first day in daycare. He wants to know if my son misses me or if he enjoyed social life at daycare so much that he will refuse to go home (like many of his friends' kids).

My heart dropped seeing his face covered in dirt (I have a picture of that to show my husband) and how he waited until I go pick him up to ask for water to drink. And he was running for the door the minute we left the classroom. He continued on the car ride on the way home asking me to go get chicken and orange juice. Because I was paying attention to driving and couldn't see his full expressions so I was guessing maybe he was telling me he had chicken and orange juice at school... but I got him more chicken and juice on the way home just in case he meant he wants to eat. And he finished almost two normal portion worth of chicken when we got home.

He is not old enough to be able to fully express himself and plus he is multi-lingual so I wasn't sure if he was telling me what I thought I heard. I gave the daycare a benefit of doubt, but I made sure the teacher knows that my son was starving after the first day. I thought it is possible that he played too much on the first day and got hungry, so I continued brining him to school. In the summer time they charge $150 extra because they have field trips (I paid $75 because we enrolled after the second half of the summer has begun) , so I thought it may be fun for him to go out have fun and make friends. I started asking the teachers if my child behave and if he eats, poops regularly and if he behaves on the filed trips, and the answer to all of my question was "yes" or "he's doing better", "he's had fun", "he's doing great" ect.. Near the end of the first week, I prepaid for 6 more weeks. Today is my child's 6th day (beginning of the second week) in the day care, I received a phone call from the owner telling me that my child is screaming on top of his lungs at the toilet for 45 minutes and asked me to go get my child because he seems to have stomach problems and kids at the daycare couldn't sleep because of his screaming . She asked me repeatedly if my son was having stomach issues at home, and I keep telling her no. I went to pick him up from the toilet seat because it doesn't seem like he's pooped after 45 minutes. I can see that he doesn't have any pain or stomach problems so I asked the owner if anything has caused him to go sit on the toilet (a fight, emotional stress, anything that she can think of) and she started telling me how my son is not behaving anyway on regular basis and it required an additional care person to watch over him. All of these problems that the daycare owner told me, I had never heard of from any of the teachers through out the whole week. She told me that on one filed trip he almost wondered off, so I told her that my son is wearing a ROADID bracelet on him just in case he wonders off b/c he's very active/mobile, and I would be devastated if he wondered off. She immediately got offended and said that she will not have him in her daycare because she doesn't appreciate a parent to worry or think that their child is going to wonder off under her care. At the end of our conversation, we agreed on a refund, but I've paid a total of $725 and was only refunded $440 (that means, for 6 days worth of school, I've paid $285, and their weekly rate is suppose to be $90). I was just so angry and didn't even think about how much the refund was, I wanted to take my son and run from the place. After I came home, I realized that I've paid $285 for 6 days daycare service. And this is why I end up googling reviews for this daycare and saw a review that exactly details what we been through, except that we also got ripped off because we paid in advance.

This daycare experience has made me think of homeschooling my son until he can fully express himself. I really don't know what he's going through in school. I was always told that he eats in school, but when he comes home he's always STARVING and THIRSTY. He used to wipe his face after he eats a meal, now he doesn't. he used to take naps after lunch, now he doesn't. one time I saw him on his hands and knees on the floor playing with a toy and holding cookies at the same time. And he's learn a habit of throwing toys around also.
