Description: Accepting children from six weeks to 12 years of age, Neighborhood Childcare focuses on the child as an individiual and the building of self-esteem. Owner Cecil Deluna is up at 4:30am every morning, welcoming little ones into her second home. She is also the last to leave every evening, keeping that last child entertained. The facility has a capacity of 24 children at capacity, with the aim of allowing sufficient time adn attention for each member of Neighborhood Childcare.
