|Findings: LS observed two children coming out of the kitchen and this room is off limits to children in care. Correct within 24 hours.|
|Findings: LS observed the partial enclosed porch play area with torn screens in need of repair and or replace. The lower screens have been removed and have two screw caps exposed at the base and the side near the back yard exit has a two foot drop and is a safety hazard to children in care. LS observed the open deck with benches with no backing to a three foot drop to ground and is a safety hazard to children in care. LS and director had a detailed discussion about this issues. Correct within 24 hours.|
|Findings: LS observed nine children and two substitutes in the front room/ dining room and the maximum capacity for this room is 8 children and one teacher. Correct within 24 hours.|
|Findings: LS observed cabinet door to the left accessible to cleaning products stored under the sink and poses a health and safety hazard to children in care. Corrected during inspection.|
|Findings: LS observed two medications in the first aid kit (Benadryl-expired 10/15 and CVS allergy relief expired-1/2015) and poses a health hazard to children in care. Corrected during inspection by discarding the two medications.|
|Findings: All required emergency information was not present for each child in care.|
|Findings: Refrigeration was not equipped with an indicating thermometer graduated at 2 F intervals.|
|Findings: Each frozen food unit was not maintained or equipped as required.|
