Why is 0 stars not an option? Because of a tragic miscommunication while my sister was dying, my little girl ended up saying 71 minutes late after pick- up time because I was caring for my dying sister and we were trying to figure out how to arrange pickups and drop offs with one car- there was an intentional wires-crossing. The grief of losing an only sibling is one thing, then to not know where your child was?!?! I nearly had a heart attack. I would have insisted on paying late fees even though it was an emergency based on an unfathomable tragedy because people who care for my kids deserve to be paid. It's only right. That was until she callously DEMANDED them despite knowing that I was caring for my sister in hospice and had just been through the worst panic apparent can deal with! What kind of person does that? This lack of basic empathy is almost sociopathic. When I pointed that out instead of realizing, "holy crap! could I not show a modicum of basic tact to somebody that is going through such a horrible tragedy and just dealt with a missing child?!?" - Christina called me rude for withdrawing my child immediately. I transferred my baby from another daycare to hers believing that it was better and people should be warned. This is what you get. God for bed you ever have a close family member in hospice or any of your kids go missing. She will show no concern.
