Description: The MVUSD Head Start/Preschool Program is funded by federal and state funds and serves children from low-income families. Students are given an opportunity to acquire socical and academic readiness skills for successful transition into kindergarten. Children participate in curriculum activities designed to promote the development of early literacy, numeracy, social and physical skills.
