My child had been going here going on two weeks, and every time I pick my baby up, pull up is soaking wet. Last night when I dropped him off, she was not home. Instead her teenage daughter was there with two or three other children who had also been dropped off. I don't need my child to be watched by a young teen, but by an experienced adult! I picked baby up tonight, baby was wearing someone else's over sized T-shirt and complained of an itchy botto . Went to baby's bottom, soaked again with poop on bottom and hands smelled of a bowel movement. My baby had slept like that until I came to pick up. I am so far not at all satisfied or impressed with this service. To top it off, I had to stand outside knocking for several minutes and ring the phone for a response. Dayton needs more 24 hr daycare options. This is ridiculous!
