I have been using this provider for almost three years. Both of my children have been going since they were three months old. I have been very pleased with the quality of care they are receiving and my children enjoy themselves. In fact, many days I have difficulty talking my daughter into coming with me when I pick her up. What I like the most about Ms. Norris is how much she genuinely cares for all the children she works with as well as how excited she is to see them learn and grow. This is evident when you watch her interact with the kids and they feel it. I also like that preschool is provided on site. My daughter is 2 and has learned so much, she has similar vocabulary and knowledge to many 3 & 4 year old I know. Ms. Norris is also been very flexible with her schedule. She has allowed kids to come on Holidays and in extreme weather when parents still have to work. Her rates are also very reasonable.
This childcare by far was and is the worst I have ever dealt with. I’m so sad to say that my daughter was not well taken care of at all. The owner was forcing my daughter head under the blanket in order to make her take her naps. I was told this by The owners daughter as well. & not to mention I was wondering why my daughter was so sweaty when I picked up up. Over time me and the owners daughter had a falling out. The owners daughter even threatened to hurt me and continued to curse me out. She even threatened to have the her mom kick my daughter out of the daycare. Also I was deeply concerned when I would pick up my daughter the amount of scratches and bruises she had consistently on a daily bases. I hope other mothers read this and don’t take it lightly your child’s well being. My daughter will not ever go back.
