Our experience with this daycare provider has not been a pleasant one. As concerned parents we believe we have the right to ask questions about incidents (scratches, bruises, 2 year old tantrums) regarding our child. Every time we showed concerned as parents Mrs. Tonya acted very unprofessionally, becoming defensive towards us for trying to get a better understanding of the situation and how to prevent them from happening in the future. I'm disappointed in how she treated my child and how she responded to us for simply asking questions. My child likes her very much and it's unfortunate we had to pull him out because of her inability to communicate effectively when issues occured.
