I have some serious reservations about the character and morals of this provider after a very short stent of care. This provider was unclear and inconsistent in her report of the number of children in her daycare. Some of the time she reported more children under 18 months than is allowed by the state of Michigan and wouldn’t allow us in the house during drop off or pick-up. Furthermore, the contract provided is somewhat unclear and when we asked for clarification on the contract in order to ensure the appropriate payment was made to her, she abruptly rendered our contract null & void. Perhaps she was uncomfortable discussing money. We would have paid her whatever she said was due and said as much. She ended our contract on a Sunday evening at 10pm. She told us that she held the right to end the contract at anytime but assured us that she would never do it without plenty of notice (obviously not true). We now have no care for our daughter and nearly no time to track down another provider. I just can’t imagine doing this to a family, thus my concern about her character and morals. I would warn others against using her services.
