Cassie advertised she has the ability to watch my child up to 10 pm if necessary. With her getting paid from the state and myself paying the difference I expected top notch care as advertised. She complains frequently about my picking up my child if im one minute late from my usual arrival (including after given her warning hours in advance) Wants paid an additional $30 if past 7:01pm As a car saleman I cannot be there every single day at the exact time. In the beginning she stated it WOULD NEVER BE AN ISSUE. Every week now its something. Sending nasty newsletters etc. I removed my child after numerous other parents complaining about similar experiences. She has a "family" member who is a minor watching the kids. A child should not be watching children. My kid is now in a similar daycare and her demeanor and attitude is totally different. I never thought I would make a negative review like this, However my child was affected as was my job.
I regret the day that I allowed my children to be cared for by Cassie Myler I am so glad there is a Judgement Day for ALL ! God requires us to forgive in order to be forgiven so I must forgive
