Since 1972, Skipwith Academy has emphasized a quality childcare program in a safe, clean, friendly atmosphere in which to learn and grow. Minnieland provides care for children ages infants through school age in a nurturing and loving atmosphere designed to meet each child’s individual needs.Located in the historic town of Ashland, Virginia you can find Skipwith Academy of Hanover. Skipwith offers educational programs and care for children six weeks to twelve years old. The school is situated on two sprawling acres that include one large swimming pool with a mushroom waterfall attraction and a smaller pool for our little swimmers. In addition the school offers spacious playing fields, a volleyball pit, and four playgrounds designated for a specificage group.
