The provider herself did not treat one employee in particular fairly. She always came off very rude and made the employee feel belittled and it seemed she thought she was superior. This employee did not have a pleasant experience and would never in any universe recommend this daycare to a family or parent, ever. The way it was ram was not the way a daycare, especially in-home should be. The environment is supposed to be relaxed and actually spend interacting with the children instead of always doing something which is ridiculous. The whole point is to be the children, not busy with other things. Hopefully parents read this and don't send their children to Kat's Kare In-Home Family Daycare because I wouldn't if I read a review like this. Please, take my word for it.
