Plan: Program has put up a half wall and door that separates the front door from the hall where rooms and bathrooms are. A dead bolt will be placed on the side of the door closest to the front door. Personnel will ensure the lock is locked at all times. There will be chimes on all classrooms doors that will sound when the door opens. Cameras will be working and more will be added. Whole classroom will leave to go to the bathroom together or will have a person in charge take them and bring the child back to the room. Communication between teachers as to who they have and verifying that's who they have. Checking in and out a child when going to the bathroom. Program will terminate the personnel that were involved. Personnel will be at the front at all times. |
