Walking into a few daycares to find the right fit for my daughter was mind blowing because I wanted her to feel safe &' comfortable, &' I got just that when I walked into Rockwell Academy back in 2013. Mrs. Rosalind was the first to greet me as I walked in the door. She gave me a tour, she talked to me about how she interact with the children . We had a long talk about the daycare &' the rules . She cares about the children . Since 2013 I've had two more children that has been going a little after they turned six weeks. I no longer live in the area but I still drive my kids acrosse town so they can attend Rockwell Academy. The teachers are excellent, my daughter knew her ABC's well before she turned 1yrs old. The interaction the teachers as well as Mrs Roslind have with all the children are great . I will &' have recommend this daycare to everyone I know looking for a daycare.Every morning me &' my chlidren are greeted with a "good morning" &'a smile. I love everyone there &' appreciate you all. Thank you

Absolutely love this daycare as well as the employees!!! There's no better place I choose to my kids to be. Trustworthy, loving,caring,even better,my kids feel loved and very much comfortable with the teachers as well as the director!! Thumbs up to the best ROCKWELL ACADEMY!!!

I had call this daycare facility to obtain information...about starting my children there soon...but these people hung up in me multiple times The first initial conversation the young lady that answered my phone was extremely rude to me and hung up in my face...So I called the facility about 5-10 times to either get the directors number to let her know how unprossional her staff was acting...each time that I called she picked the phone up and hung up in my face EACH time...at this point I no longer wanted my kids to attend this facility for the simple fact I could have been a parent with a major emergency or anything major... So I waited to the next day to call the director when I get on the phone with her she reacted in the same manner BUT even WORSE...screaming telling me that I called the facility to many times...I wasn’t aware that there was a limit on calling a childcare facility wanting more information about a potential enrollment for a family. This type of behavior showed me that the director doesn’t care how the staff behaves or treats their parents for that matter...I could only imagine if my kids were there and I had an issue with the staff VS my kids would the issue "REALLY" be worked out the director seems completely irresponsible!!! DONT TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE...I HAVE CONTACTED BBB AND DHS JUST FOR THE CHILDREN AND PARENTS THAT ARE CURRENTLY ATTENDING THIS PLACE!!!!
