This is a very clean and structured environment. If you are looking for someone that have a routine and keeps your kids safe, this is a good place. If you are looking for someone that has passion for their work, can be flexible (such as dropping off at different times in the morning), loves the kids like her own then this person I would not recommend considering to care for your children.
Our Family used Julie's services for several years. Each year we became more irritated with her and how she runs her business. She will constantly blame families directly for spreading sickness (colds, ect.)to her daycare, making parents feel guilty for doing nothing wrong. She increases her vacation yearly, and takes much time off at nearly 5 weeks PTO. Also she changes her rules at any given time, such as she will close early for summer hours, given no choice or opinion. Kids never come home with any projects or talk about structured things they did. She does have a nice clean home and yard, but in this case the con's much outweigh the pro's.
