Remove your children from this place for their safety and your piece of mind ! 4/12/22 a concerned parent approached my wife at the hooksett location. This parent informed us that our child, a 2yo, had escaped the facility and was playing in the parking lot when she arrived to pick up her child. The parent also informed us that this was not the first time this happened. The staff did not inform us via call, text, app, or at time of pick-up. To make matters worse a stranger that happen to work next door returned our daughter to the facility. Luckily our daughter was returned unscathed. The next day 4/13 we reported them to DHHS as soon as they opened about this incident. To add insult to injury the center tried to blame it on our daughter instead of taking responsibility for their lack of supervision. We also got a message via brightwheel app late at night 9:15pm 4/13 from a director. She said she talked with her boss and needed to have an immediate phone call with us. During this phone call we were informed that they are removing her from the program and now we need to find new care. This is practically impossible to find new care with no notice and everything happening at this point in time. So the staff blame our child for their lack of supervision, remove her from the program, and leave us stranded. It is my belief that they were not going to inform us about the incident and try to sweep this under the rug. This speaks volumes to the type of care and professionalism that this facility has. I highly recommend that you find a better facility for the safety and well-being of your children.
