Violation Observed: Ensure staff meet the required staff/child ratios at all times. At the time of the inspection, there were 55 children in the MPR with 3 staff when 4 were needed. Within 15 minutes 12 children were picked up from the program and the center was in compliance with the required staff/child ratio.
