On Friday at ~4:30 pm I watched a van accelerate on Tamar to cross 175 when the light was fully red. It blew through the intersection much over the speed limit and then continued to speed passed the fire station and an elementary school. The license plate was 5at5291. I noticed that the van had children in it which was ridiculous that it recklessly ran a reed light arduous a busy intersection.
