She was a good provider especially silly considering she offered after hours daycare. Everything’s as going well until she kept my kids while experiencing COVID symptoms and tested positive. She never notified me nor did she extend the professional courtesy to check and see if my kids tested positive since she exposed them to it. Her carelessness and failure to follow procedures put my family and unborn child at risk. She was only concerned about being paid and when they would be back. We never returned nor paid.
