Due to a couple of moves in the last few years, my 22-month-old son has been to three daycares. Malysz-Norwood is the fourth, and I feel as though we struck gold. My toddler son is truly thriving. His verbal skills and ability to communicate his wants and needs are no doubt enhanced by the lesson plans and curriculum set forth at the daycare. The art projects he brings home every Friday melt my heart, and I can see how much his teacher assists with making them beautiful and seamless. I remember the first time I was mesmerized when my son randomly began naming animals, animal sounds, and the ABC’s. He was barely 18 months old. There was no doubt in my mind this knowledge came from his teacher(s) at Malysz-Norwood. I continue to be impressed – every day – with the skills he acquires. He chooses healthy foods to eat (when given a selection), and reading books is his favorite activity. He is always excited to arrive at Malysz-Norwood, and I have to pry him away when I pick him up. He never wants to leave! His teacher is Katie, and she is a fantastic woman. When I see him interacting with the other teachers and helpers at Malysz-Norwood, I am able to see just how much he loves them (and is loved in return). You invest in them, and they invest in your child. It is truly a superb experience (and gift) to be the parent of a child who attends this daycare.
