Hazardous items and items labeled Keep out of Reach of children were accessible to children in the following areas:Infant room under the sink had cleaner and bleach behind a child deterrent.Toddler 2 had a purse on low table.Rise 1 had hand sanitizer, disinfectant wipes and adults scissors on the teacher's desk.Rise 2 had a teachers purse under the desk, adult scissors on the desk, hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes on a low shelf. Wobbler room had torn climbing mats, not sanitizable. The edge of the counter/changing table in the toddler 2 room is exposed, not sanitizable.
