I worked at the Jeff location for almost a year. State was constantly coming in due to complaints from parents and staff about ratio issues, staff not getting restroom breaks among other things. The turnover rate was so high because of the way staff was treated and thrown under the bus. They have staff that are under the age of 18 working which in Indiana you have to be 18 to work in a daycare and 21 to work with infants.
I work at the daycare. The "abuse" was because a boss spanked her own child, in her office, away from other kids. Get your facts straight before you post horrible reviews.
Horrible place! RUN AWAY. They have been investigated for abuse, they cannot keep workers because of how dishonest and horrible they are, there is so many complaints and records on file for the owners. DO A SEARCH history!!! Never never never! Run away or you might get sued for standing up for yourself WHEN you find out how awful they are.
AWFUL! DO NOT send your child here. I pulled my son out when i found that Child Protective Service was investigating abuse allegations in connection with the directors. Looking further, i learned that the license is always on probation due to staff:child ratios being over-limit. Also a tip before you put your child anywhere: run an internet search of the owners' & directors names. You might be shocked!
