Lynnhaven Colony Child Development Center

The Lynnhaven Colony Child Development Center is fully licensed with the Commonwealth of Virginia. The Center offers a safe, nurturing environment, fun-filled learning experiences and well-planned social interaction to the children in its care. Our program is rooted in principles of openness and tolerance and the ecumenical spirit of Christian love. We offer a complete program of language arts development, musical activities, pre-reading skills, introductory mathematical and scientific concept skills, motor skills development and imaginative play. We respect each child’s need for play in the development of a healthy body and mind and in the encouragement of self-esteem and social maturity. Extra learning activities include: computer classes, dance classes, the Tumblebus and the Abrakadoodle art class.
