As a part of the educational program of First Presbyterian Church of Virginia Beach, Beach Day School is under the supervision of the Christian Education Committee of the church Session. The program is covered by public liability insurance. Beach Day School files the necessary documentation as a religiously exempt childcare center with the Department of Social Services.
