Per teacher, the child was in eyeshot of the classroom but director states that it is not, and there is a rule at the center to not send children to the bathroom unattended. Teachers went out of the classroom as well to address a situation in the hallway which caused children to be left without adequate supervision in the classroom as well since both staff were in the hallway.
