Description: Cradlerock Children's Center is a Maryland State Department of Education (MSDE) accredited program for children ages 6 weeks to five years of age. We foster the development of loving hearts, growing minds and helping hands.
We are conveniently located on the lower level of the Owen Brown Interfaith Center in Columbia, MD. We have competitive rates, a newly-renovated facility, and a top-notch staff. We are a non-profit organization, so our mission to serve families comes before the "bottom line." We offer excellent child care at an affordable price.
Where possible, ChildcareCenter provides inspection reports as a service to families. This information is deemed reliable, but is not guaranteed. We encourage families to contact the daycare provider directly with any questions or concerns, as the provider may have already addressed some or all issues. Reports can also be verified with your local daycare licensing office.

This center is bright, beautiful, clean, and very up to date. The moment you walk it, it will “wow” you. The downside is the two directors who run the center, as well as the teachers and aides in the three year old classroom. My son attended CCC for two years when we were asked to leave, citing aggressive behavior as the reason. Upon moving my son to another center, I learned that the new center has accepted multiple children from CCC (all terminated for similar reasons), and none of them have had issues since. In addition to the make believe behavioral issues, it was brought to my attention that none of the 3-4 year olds who come from CCC can recognize their letters. While at the new center, children ages 3-4 are writing full words with no assistance. I could go on for days about other issues we had but I’m limited to a certain number of characters. I highly advise against using this center.
