The provider had bleach water on the ground in the kitchen, there are tools and nails and supplies in the back area as well as the office kitchen area. There were hairdryeres laying on the ground with electric outlets next to them, a mop was just leaning against the fridge in the kitchen area. All these items can pose a threat to the children and were in reach of the children.
