The Health District completed an investigation and determined an infant had been bitten when the children were all on the floor playing. Resolution: Provider sent the child whom had bitten another child home. Provider has a three strike policy that will exclude children if they bite unless they can get them to stop biting by giving them a teething ring and working with them.
