The health department confirmed that proper handling of hazardous materials did not occur resulting in the child having another child's fecal matter on their hands. Resolution: The health department and IdahoSTARS reviewed proper handling of hazardous materials and appropriate handwashing practices to mitigate ingesting or spreading fecal matter. | |||
