Additionally, it was reported that the child had another child's fecal matter on their hands when parent'[s arrived for pick-up. The health department confirmed that proper handling of hazardous materials did not occur resulting in the child having another child's fecal matter on their hands. Resolution: The health department and IdahoSTARS reviewed proper handling of hazardous materials and appropriate handwashing practices to mitigate ingesting or spreading fecal matter. | |||
