Mrs. Mairs' Teaching Philosophy:
I believe in providing a “safe” learning environment where each child feels loved, valued, respected, and successful. I believe children learn best through positive encouragement, love, and hands-on experiences. I believe in treating each child as an individual and differentiating my teaching to meet each child’s developmental stage to the best of my ability. Last but not least I believe learning should be fun and enjoyable!
